Mateusz distinguished by the Rector

Dr Mateusz Wlazło, postdoc from the group, was among the researchers from the University of Warsaw that were honored with the Rector’s Distinction for the year 2024. The awards ceremony took place on March 5th at the Kazimierzowski Palace.

“I congratulate all the distinguished researchers. Your achievements are a source of pride for the entire University of Warsaw community. It is thanks to your work, passion, and determination that our university is developing and strengthening its position,” said UW Rector Professor Alojzy Z. Nowak during the ceremony.

The Rector’s Distinction is an award granted for outstanding scientific activity, including research and development work that contributes in a special way to the development and increase of the University’s prestige.
