Łukasz gets an award for his poster

Łukasz Cieszyński received the Best Poster Award at the 16th edition of the CπC Symposium held at University of Warsaw. His contribution “Modelling of enhanced oxygen to water electroreduction using 1T-MoS2 – (functionalized) carbon nanohorn catalyst” was honored by the CπC Society Board.

CπC Symposia (Symposia on Computing Pi-Conjugated Compounds) is a series of young, affordable, short and small event with space for open and stimulating friendly discussions. More on the CπC spirit at the CπC society website.

The topics covered range from small π-conjugated molecules to large supramolecular systems, as well as computational approaches from empirical force fields up to high-level quantum chemistry techniques.

After Warsaw, next year we will gather in Bologna, Italy!
